Frequently Asked Questions
After you complete a Moment 3 times, Sincely analyzes your completion pattern and automatically sets a target interval. The app continues to learn and adjust as you use it.
Open the app → Settings → Sincely Pro section → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on all devices (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud). Sincely uses iCloud to sync your data automatically.
Sincely sends up to 3 types of reminders per Moment: a "due soon" reminder on your target day, an "overdue" reminder the day after, and weekly check-ins if a Moment is 7+ days overdue.
Moments are recurring activities (water plants, call family). Memories are one-time special events with anniversary reminders (first date, moved to new city).
Free users can track up to 3 Moments and unlimited Memories. You can enable notifications for your 2 most important Moments. Pro users get unlimited Moments and notifications.
